The 655 Broadway Building is located one and a half miles south of downtown Denver on a 0.74-acre trapezoidal site at the southwest corner of Broadway and Speer Boulevard. The building is situated at the northeast corner of the property and is a ten-story, International-style office tower with two below-ground levels.
